Welcome to Dr. Swanson's Webpage!
This page is ready for the 2012-2013 year.
Please email me if you find any errors or have any questions.
The Ethics site (accessed via the link at the bottom of this page) should allow you to access most necessary information about your course including: lecture notes, assignments, course policies, schedule information, exam review material, and announcements. You will not need personal usernames or passwords to access any part of your course information (universal username and password are indicated for each class; see the description below), and no grades are available through these webpages.
Please ignore the "student handbook" links on your course webpages. They are not related to our classes, but cannot be removed.
While it is true that my lecture notes will be published in your Discussion Area (one of the choices you'll see when you click on your class below), you should not count on those as your only source of exam material. Attendance and participation in class are the best ways to ensure that you understand the material and make the best grade possible.
On the Discussion Area page there are instructions as to how to utilize a "universal student" username and password. If you do not know the username and password when you are asked for them, then you probably missed them on the page just prior to being asked for them.
Again, if you have questions, find a mistake, or have any trouble accessing what you need, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know what is happening.
